Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Loop Streamer, a private application operated by Colossoul Studios ("we", "us"), handles Google user data. Loop Streamer is used only by the owner of the Colossoul Studios YouTube channel to manage that channel's own live streams. It is not available to the public.

Who uses the application

The only person who signs in to Loop Streamer is the owner of the Colossoul Studios YouTube channel. No other users are invited, and no data about any other person is collected.

Google user data we access

When the owner connects their account, the application asks for the YouTube permission https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube. It uses that permission, on the owner's own channel only, to:

• create, update and end the channel's live broadcasts, and connect each broadcast to one of the channel's live stream keys;
• set a broadcast's title, description, tags, language translations and thumbnail image;
• read the status of the channel's broadcasts and live streams, and their view counts, so the owner can see whether each stream is running properly.

The application does not read, collect or use any other Google or YouTube user data, such as other people's comments, subscribers, contacts, email or files.

How the data is used and stored

The data is used only to run the owner's own live streams as described above. The permission token Google issues when the owner connects is stored on a private server operated by Colossoul Studios and is used only by the application. It is not published, and it is not accessible from the public internet.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, share or transfer Google user data to anyone. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except where necessary for security, to comply with the law, or for the owner's own use of the application.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Loop Streamer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

We keep the permission token only while the owner wants the application connected. The owner can withdraw access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and we will delete the stored token on request or when the application is no longer used.

Visitors to this website

This website is informational. It does not use accounts, advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

The application is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
