1. About the application

Loop Streamer is a private application operated by Colossoul Studios for managing the studio's own YouTube live streams. It is not a public service, and these terms exist to describe how it is used.

2. Who may use it

Use of Loop Streamer is limited to the owner of the Colossoul Studios YouTube channel and anyone the owner personally authorizes. Access is not available to the general public.

3. YouTube and Google

Loop Streamer works through YouTube's services. By connecting a YouTube channel to it, the owner remains bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the application's handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. No warranty

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Live streams may be interrupted by network problems, service outages at YouTube or elsewhere, or software faults, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colossoul Studios is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the application.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page.
